Sebastien Martineau is a psychologist and Aikido teacher, following studies at Oxford and the University of Kent, Sebastien pursued a 7 year career as a manager at the UK Defence Logisitics Organisation, in charge of Defence-critical equipment from manufacturer to front-line, while also studying Aikido full-time.

For over 12 years Sebastien has been a corporate trainer, working in major leadership and organisational development programs for companies such as Microsoft, Vodafone, Merck, BNP Paribas, Olympus, Astra Zenica, Gefco, Ikea and for governmental organisations such as UK educational authorities and the European Parliament. Following an Executive MA in Positive Leadership and Strategy at IE Business School in 2014, Sebastien is among the foremost expert practitioners in the application of Positive Psychology to Business growth and development in the region.

Roya Ravanbakhsh is a sales and marketing professional, energetic and positive, with 25 years of experience in various sectors, including High Level Events, Distribution, Production, Retail, Publishing, Advertising, Development and Marketing of Technology and Digital Products.

CEO for 20 years in various Offline & Online companies based in Central Europe, such as Tefal, Salomon, O’Neill, Texaco, Lagardère Group, the Walt Disney Co. and Spir Communication (Web & Print) Expert in particular in the diagnosis of the company’s strengths and needs, in the search for solutions and their implementation, in the coordination of complex projects and in the creation and management of super-efficient teams.

Roya is the founder of Happy Heart. Today, Roya offers consulting services to companies and decision-makers, assistance in identifying improvement projects and setting up structures and teams, commercial training workshops of management training, also helping to accompany changes and optimization of individual and collective performances.

Sotiris Karagiannis is an experienced trainer and consultant for over 25 years. He has a Master’s degree in Education from Lesley Universiry, Boston and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Currently Sotiris is Managing the Graduate Business Programs of the University of New York in Prague and heads the corporate training division of the university. As a trainer and consultant he has worked in various industries, especially in the pharmaceutical industry (Amgen, Astra-Zeneca, Bayer, Boeringer-Ingelheim, Novartis, Roche, Takeda) and with highly innovative firms like 3M, Apple as well as in the FMCG industry. Having been trained by the leading training firm Dale Carnegie, he combines his strong academic background with a person-centered approach to help trainees develop their skills and competences in such areas as Leadership, Sales and Customer Service, Presentation Skills. He is also certified trainer of the Drive Workshop, an employee engagement program developer by Daniel Pink, best-selling author of the book Drive.

Sotiris is conducting Doctorate research into identifying how the working and academic environments should be adjusted to appeal to the needs of Generations Y and Z.

Marie Váňová is a facilitator, trainer and HR consultant with wide experience in the business environment, mainly in FMCG sector as HR Business Partner and in organisational development roles across CZ/SK and Hungary.

Marie has academic background in HR management and Adult education.

She is particularly interested in people development, engagement (starting from individuals and leaders through to the organisation level), how to bring company values into real life and strengthening the role of HR in organisations.

Iren Krihó-Földesi has over 20 years of HR related experience in HR management and consulting and also in different senior leader positions. As a trainer, based on her 20+ years leadership experiences  in small to large companies with international cultures she can deliver training on a wide variety of soft skills and different leadership modules.  Most of her clients operate in the industrial and automotive areas, so Iren has deep understanding and experiences in this field as a trainer and coach as well. As a Coach and mediator, Iren deals with talents and senior leaders as well, for personal impact increase, leadership skills, work-life balance issues, conflict-handling issues, and accompanying change.

Iren is a University teacher in HR management tools and Coaching related courses.

In the last year Iren set up a Happiness program for more than 500 participants in Hungary.

Alena Huberova is a Communications strategist, speaker and trainer by profession and vocation.

A globetrotter, sports enthusiast and an unshakable optimist, passionate about people, life and business.

 Fifteen years in the corporate arena with roles in marketing, sales and communication, living in 5 different countries across Europe and Asia. Alena helps business leaders develop a powerful personal presence on and off stage, deliver presentations that capture the hearts and minds of their audiences and inspire action.  Alena works with individual and corporate clients in all parts of Europe. She also acts as a mentor for startups, helping them design and deliver winning business pitches. In collaboration with, she coached the Czech team X.GLU which became the world winner of Microsoft Imagine Cup 2017. 

Alena is regularly asked to speak at industry events and conferences. She participates at The International Board of Entrepreneurs,, runs The Public Speakers, Trainers and Coaches Club in Prague and is an active member of Toastmasters International, regularly participating in public speaking contests.

Daniel Brown (acting, improvisation, physical theatre) has worked as an actor and director with theatres in the U.S., Canada and Europe since 1982. His training includes commedia dell’arte, clown, improvisation, drama therapy as well as classical theatre. He has taught acting and lectured on theatre in places ranging from prisons in America to the Royal Shakespeare Company and Cambridge University in England. Arriving in Prague in 1998, Daniel has directed at various theatres in the Czech Republic (in Czech and English) and is the founder and Artistic Director of Divadlo Miloco. As an actor, Daniel has worked in films with such actors as Clive Owen, Peter O’Toole, Bruce Willis, Ben Kingsley, Brenda Blethyn and Johnny Depp; he has filmed over 30 television commercials and currently is in his 12th season on the popular Czech television series Ulice. In addition, Daniel has worked extensively leading workshops for corporations, team building, using improvisation as a tool for problem-solving, leadership skills, self-confidence and public speaking. Daniel has worked as an acting coach for film and TV (including Anne Frank and Oliver Twist) and as a dialogue coach on many feature films. Daniel has a Masters degree from Cambridge University in the history and philosophy of science, specializing in the history of psychology and psychiatry.
